How do I care for my bag?
All the pvc protective cases are wipeable with a cloth and water. We would suggest not using any chemicals as that might discolour or damage the pvc.
The bag I wanted has been sold, can I have another replica made?
Each bag is cut from a canvas painted for that collection, so is a one off sorry. Keep an eye out for the next collection release on Facebook or Instagram so you can grab yours quickly next time.
Can the bag inner be washed?
As it is a piece of art, unfortunately if it was removed and washed it may damage the overall look of the bag. We wouldn’t recommend it.
Does the phone art come with a clear case?
No it doesn’t sorry, you will need to supply your own.
Can I have my purchased phone art customised with my initials?
You sure can, just contact us so we can chat some more.
Do you do commission artwork?
Yes, please contact us and we can chat more.
General FAQ's
What is your Returns & Exchange policy?
Please note colour varies on screen monitors, therefore colours may look brighter or darker. We do our very best to photograph and depict our images as closely to their real colours as possible.
If you’re not happy with anything about your order with us, we want to make it right! Drop us a note within 7 days of receiving your products letting us know you need to return or exchange something and we will be glad to help you figure out a solution.
Please just note all returned products must be in their full packaging, unused.
What is your Returns & Exchange policy on customised products?
Please notify us of any errors within 7 days of delivery. Please note we can not give refunds or offer an exchange for change of mind.
What your accepted payment methods?
Payment for products purchased can be made either by bank deposit or by using Stripe.
Will you send me your bank deposit details when I make a purchase?
Yes, we will email you our bank account details so you can make your bank deposit. We will send confirmation of your payment.

Delivery FAQ's
What is your delivery time and costs?
New Zealand Delivery:
Orders will be packaged & dispatched once payment has cleared. We aim to send as quickly as possible and your order should be dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.
As much as we hope you receive your products within this timeframe, things can happen in the shipping process which can delay delivery. Please feel free to get in touch with us, if you have any queries. Below is the approximate delivery timeframes.
Courier Non Rural: $7.00 Flat Fee. 1 day North Island. 2 days South Island.
Courier Rural: $10.00 Flat Fee. Additional 2 days for rural addresses.
Do I need to be home to sign for my courier parcel?
Yes. We want to make sure your order gets to you safely, so someone will need to be home to sign for your parcel. We always recommend selecting your business address if no one will be home. If you’re not home a card will be left – and the parcel will be awaiting collection at your local Courier depot or you can phone for a new delivery date.
